Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Orders for the United States and Canada ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in the United States. Orders for Italy ship from our warehouse in Italy.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight (UPS or USPS for the United States and Canada; Italian couriers for Italy).

Free shipping: Italy on orders of €75 or more; United States on orders of $100 or more. Retailer accounts: free shipping on orders of €250 / $250 or more.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within a few business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Digital products

PDFs and other digital products are delivered by email with a download link right after purchase, with no shipping costs. All the digital products you purchase are always available in your account, so you can download them again at any time.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us at info@manaprojectstudio.com if the parcel is damaged, if it doesn't arrive, or if you receive the wrong item: we'll sort it out.
